　 北京市残疾人康复服务指导中心是隶属于北京市残疾人联合会的事业单位，位于北京市朝阳区左家庄北里35号楼，建筑面积4000平方米。设有聋儿康复中心，用品用具服务中心，康复训练部，社区部，信息部，耳聋门诊部，心理咨询室，假肢矫型器装配室等部门。承担着为残疾人提供康复训练与服务，为社区进行人员培训和技术指导，开展康复科研等职能。

　 Beijing Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Service and Guidance Center is an institution affiliated to Beijing Disabled Persons' Federation. It is located in Building 35, North Zuojiazhuang Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing, with 4000 square meters of construction area. Beijing Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Service and Guidance Center, consisting of Deaf Children Rehabilitation Center, Assistive Devices and Equipment Supply and Service Center, Visually Impaired Rehabilitation Department, Physically Handicapped Rehabilitation Department, Mentally Retarded Rehabilitation Department, Community Guidance Department, Scientific Research and Information Department, Psychology Consulting Service, and Artificial Limb and Orthopaedic Appliance Assembling Section, has the functions in providing disabled persons with rehabilitation service, providing technical guidance in the communities and making scientific research in rehabilitation.
